And that will be the same reason the Reagan passed an identical one in the late '80's. It will destroy the labor movement. That is it. When Reagan passed his bill, over half of union-driven companies were in negotiation for new (and hopefully better) contracts. When the bill was passed, almost 40% of those companies were able to break the union by staffing the entire labor side with newly legal immigrants who will work for a fraction of what the union members were being paid. And Bush will do it again. Anything this administration does will always come down to corporate greed. His Big Business buddies are looking for more profit. So he'll find a way to give it to them.
